It's nothing: to worry about. Scattered Petechia are just a result of trauma to very small blood vessels, capillaries. You can get them after sneezing,coughing,vomiting or if you have something constructive around the area like elastic or tourniquet. Large numbers of petechiae are seen in a variety of illnesses along with other symptoms. Your ibuprofen may be contributing to your development of petechiae
