Let go of outcome: You are not alone! i think a lot of stress comes from our being attached to the outcome of our activities. When we are able to just surrender to whatever the outcome will be, knowing we aren't in control, then we can more easily focus on the task. It can be helpful to separate tasks into small piles and list on a piece of paper for each pile what you need to do. Check things off as you go!
