I have had back problems for years and especially ever since i had my baby and im very active but the pain is all over in my back i cant even sleep ?

Fibromyalgia ?: 26y female "pain all over back..can't sleep"; from childbirth. Females incur fibromyalgia more than males via higher incidence of joint hypermobility & delicate pelvises; more easily injured by mechanical stressors & oft deranged by childbirth trauma. FM diagnoses include pain in all 4 quadrants of back. Non-restorative sleep via pelvis torsion pain while on sleep surface is a sentinel FM symptom.
