Urgent care: May need sutures to stop bleeding and rule out infection considering the amount of pain. Also a good idea to have vaccinations completed if not up to date.

Stop bleeding: I recommend seeing a doctor immediately or going to an Emergency Room or Urgent care facility. If you have bleeding more than two days, it means that the cut is very deep and needs to be treated. You might only need a few sutures, but, it also might be damage to the artery, nerve , or vein, if it doesn't stop bleeding. So, have it looked at by a doctor.
