Ingrown nail: The bleeding should stop with pressure is a few minutes. Then apply a topical antibiotic that your not allergic to with a band aid over it. Then - see your podiatrist for proper assistance and stop the bs aka bathroom surgery ! good luck.

Compression: Bandage, ice and elevation. You should not have to cut any skin when removing an ingrown toenail. You should see a foot doctor. You may have given yourself an infection which may require antibiotics.

Apply pressure.: A few minutes of application of pressure will usually stop the bleeding.
