Watchful waiting: It all depends on the circumstances. If you had recently a cold or sinusitis your symptoms are common and should improve with no intervention. Another possibility would be a posterior epistaxis or nosebleed that again is common and may not come back. If the bleed comes back you will be better served by an office visit, with your doc, or Urgent Care.
