Dr. Shawn Dalton-bethea answered

Specializes in Pain Management

Non surgical CRPS: Since treatment of CRPS is normally not surgical, seeing an Interventional Pain Management specialist who is very familiar with treatment of CRPS, is recommended. You have options for long term management which does not involve addiction to medicines particularly narcotics. Topical & oral non-narcotic medicines, sympathetic nerve blocks, biofeedback, desensitization tx, neurostimulation etc.
