Good question..: ..But your premise is shaky. Physicians use evidence based medicine, as a rule. Many "alternative" methods are not peer reviewed, and many prey on the vulnerable. If it were proven that eating peach pits would help cure breast cancer, i'd have my patients eat a bowl for breakfast every day. Stay the course with a board certified oncologist. It's your best approach. Good luck.

Ignorance: Regular docs don't tell you about them because they don't believe cancer alternatives work because they don't know about them. This is because they aren't taught about them in medical school because, to quote a professor at stanford medical school, "the entire western medical complex is run by pharmaceutical companies" and those companies don't want docs to know about alternatives! see comment:.
