Stimulant nonrespons: FDA adult range goes to 72mg. I've consulted on adolescents taking up to 108mg. But I'm skeptical of high doses. Just as important are the target symptoms (inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity) and how you are measuring efficacy? If you get no side effects nor efficacy at high doses it is reasonable to blame high metabolism/excretion. A trial of amphetamine-class stimulant may be informative

Concerta: It is best to talk to your prescribing doctor about your limited response. Highest daily Concerta dose can be 72mg. May need dose adjustment, supplementing with another medicine , or switching. Wish you well.
