Which oil? That is: most important to know before answering this question.If it's GMO canola, peanut, or vegetable oil, STOP! If you are using virgin, cold pressed olive oil and sauteing at low temp, that is okay! Raw, virgin coconut oil is better to put on after cooking.If the veges are browning, then that is almost frying, as you are forming acrylamides (browning) on your food and should be careful.Hope this helps.
