Delayed Onset Pain: Delayed onset muscle pain is common after sex. There are five adductor muscles which go from the pelvis to the thigh bone and the gracilis and adductor magnus (long adductors) go from the pelvis to the knee. The main function of these muscles is to pull the legs together. They are used quite a lot in vigorous intercourse. If the pain persists more than a week or worsens you should see your doctor
