Chest xray: Why did you have the chest X-ray? One other possibility that comes to mind for you could be sarcoidosis. I am saying that because on your photo you look African American, and sarcoid can cause hilar adenopathy and you may be asymptomatic. African American women are more likely to get sarcoid. I apologize if I misinterpreted your photo.
