More info needed: More info is needed. First of all location, characteristics of pain, timing with regard to activities such as eating or taking meds, response to treatment, etc will help a lot. Keeping a log may reveal the actual cause. By reviewing your meds, I would recommend that you stop all, since they can all cause stomach issues, first 2 - gastritis and ulcers, the last one affecting the stomach's function.
