No: Most multiple vitamins include folic acid ... usually at the 400 MICROgram dose which is recommended. One wouldn't ever take 400 grams as referenced in your question. You should look at your label and if 400 mcg of folic acid is included, you don't need to take any more. Getting more folic acid in the diet is better: asparagus, edamame, broccoli, lentils are good sources.
