Abdomen noises: A UTI typically does not involve your GI tract, so it is likely just coincidence. To make sure you have a UTI, see an MD to have your urine checked, you can mention the abdominal noises then, but likely unrelated and not a concern,as abdominal noises are sporadic and normal.
