Insomnia up with age: Insomnia tends to increase as we age, especially because we often need to urinate at least once during the night, and getting back to sleep afterwards can be a problem. Having a relaxed attitude about falling back to sleep can help as well as learning to meditate and making sure your body feels relaxed and comfortable.
