Migraine: 90 % of "primary headaches" are migraine. Migraine is described as recurring disabling headaches. Most are associated with nausea, vomiting, light or sound sensitivity. Pain is throbbing and may be intense. Concentration may be impaired and one may get dizzy. See your doctor to get treated. In the meantime, try taking magnesium oxide 250 mg at bedtime to prevent the headaches.
