Yes, but probably no: Most perceived problems of memory in young people are really problems of attention. You can't expect to retrieve something from memory that wasn't properly placed there. Certain medications can interfere with attention, memory and cause word-finding difficulties. There are 10-minute office-based tests that could tell if there is a concern. Talk to your doctor.
