R/O GASTRITIS : Medication may have caused gastritis. I recommend a bland gluten free diet for 1week and Zantac (ranitidine). If symptoms persist you need to be examined and have labs checked and stool for H pylori the ulcer causing bacteria. And potentially GI consult for EGD
