Devongestion: You need a decongestants to clear congestion and a steroid to reduce inflmmation. This will reduce dizziness

Plugged ears: Dizziness from inner ear problems__probable middle ear effusion. have had an upper respiratory infection lately? For plugged ears try pseudoephedrine over the counter. 30-60 mg twice a day. unless you have high blood pressure. You can try meclezine (antivert). As directed for your dIzzinss. If not better by Monday see your Doctor
