I am not getting periods for 4 months but i am not pregnant.doctor did ultrasound scanning i had no problems and no thyroid.what's my problem?

Perhaps nothing: Lots of things, weight loss and stress as well as various illnesses can affect your cycles and it is not necessarily a bad thing to not have your period. If you are trying to get pregnant that is a problem, but otherwise you should just be monitored periodically once the initial workup is completed.

Many possible causes: Pregnancy, stress, medication side effects, low body weight, high levels of exercise.Hormonal disturbances such as thyroid disorder, pituitary disorders..., peri menopause or menopause, ovarian cysts, medical conditions........There are too many potential factors. See a gynecologist for an examination and better diagnosis, .
