Your case is secondary amenorrhea. You need to see a GYN doctor or an endocrinologist if you do not get an answer from your family doctor.

Taking birth control pills can also cause a hormone in balance that someone may not have normal menstrual cycles for up to six months after stopping birth control pills.Recommend consult with Ob/Gyn.
