ADHD medication: ADHD medication should be considered if the symptoms significantly interfere with one's life. If medications helped in the past, they would most likely help again in adulthood.

Evaluation: talk to your doctor. He may refer you to a neurologist or psychologist to determine if you still have ADHD and would benefit from medication.

Hard to say: Among those with ADD/ADHD about 1/3 grow out of it during the teen years.About 1/3 hate the side effects of the meds and learn to live life without.The final group will function as adult ADD?ADHD and benefit from the meds.How you fit in this is hard to predict. Having a formal evaluation with this in mind could be a benefit.
