Evaluate: Need to evaluate what may be impairing your immune system. Smoking,alcohol,improper diet with lack of nutrients, chronic illness are just some of the things that may be keeping you down. Also evaluate your sleep as it's essential for allowing your body repair time. May also have to consider something different than the flu so you may want some lab work done. Bolster your immune system
