Consult with rheum.: This could still be lupus, Lyme disease or a thyroid that is not balanced. It sounds like you have health insurance, I would see a good primary care or rheumatology (joint specialist) for next steps.

Drug-induced lupus: See a rheumatologist and get fully evaluated. This may or may not be related to the former drug-induced condition but certainly deserves a thorough assessment. Good luck.
