Rather low risk: Ms genetic risk involves susceptibility genes, and the risk from mother to child ranges about 3-5% at most. Do not worry, even if your baby had the unlikely chance of ms, as the new treatment breakthroughs will be more than sufficient in controlling those with future ms.
