Rectal Bleeding: Most rectal bleeding in a personyour age has to do with hemorroids. These can either be external hemorrhoids which are very ypainful and usually one can feel a bump on the outside of your rectum. Or internal hemorroids which are not painful but tend to cause more bleeding than the external variety. The fact that you have abd pain can either be related to the bleeding or a seperate issue.
