Closing jaw problem: One possibility is TMJ dysfunction. However, It is impossible to make an accurate diagnosis without a clinical dental exam, dental history and additional information. See your dentist for a thorough examination.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled on my left side (upper and lower) in Feb 2016, today I have a small hard lump on my jaw. Its sensitive to the touch.
