Hard to say: I have treated several thousand people over many years with buprenorphine-containing products and have not heard this complaint from anyone, and cannot find any reference in the literature to it. Exertion can and does cause some increase in heart rate in almost anyone, but unless you are very out-of-shape (deconditioned) it should not be something you would notice. Talk to your Suboxone doctor.
