Usually no: With a normal immune system, antibodies are developed as the body heals from an infection. You would likely be protected if you come into contact with the virus a second time. If not, I would at least expect faster resolution and milder symptoms. Good hand hygiene is still warranted as you can pass it onto the "uninitiated"
