Crab: Shellfish are likely to cause dramatic reactions including anaphylaxis, but among the food items mentioned above, eggs, wheat, and dairy (cheese) are some of the most common food allergens even though any food can be a potential allergens. If you are uncertain about which food, consult an allergist. One should expect skin or gastrointestinal symptoms as well if food allergy is the cause.
