Maybe something else: There are many causes of dry skin in feet. Sometimes it can be due to a fungus or some form of dermatitis. There are forms of chronic athlete's foot that can cause these symptoms. This form is not itchy and between the toes but can involve the arch and rear foot. When all else fails, I usually have my patients try some OTC Lamisil (terbinafine) cream. If that's not doing it maybe see a foot specialist
