Serious Rx: This sounds like at least moderately severe acne, a major liability. You're not going to be able to manage it successfully without your physician's help. Start yourself on topical benzoyl peroxide and/or topical retinoic acid and make an appointment. If you are offered isotretinoin, remember that despite all the internet "scare" stuff, most people who use it are extremely satisfied.
