how much water should i be drinking daily, for my weight, to improve my skin?

Daily water intake: I would suggest that you drink half of your weight in ounces per day. So if you weigh 140 pounds, then you would need to drink 70 ounces of water per day. If you exercise you will need to drink additional water.
