Specializes in Colon and Rectal Surgery

Depends: If these are colon polyps, you should get regular colonoscopies to remove them without formal surgery. All colon cancers develop from polyps, so not removing them can increase your risk to develop colon cancer. See a colorectal surgeon or gastroenterologist and have colonoscopy reports and pathology reports with you for them to evaluate and offer you the proper guidance.

Do not know: I do not know what polyps that you are speaking of. Intestinal? Sinus? Some place else? Need more information.
