it's 11:30 pm i was getting ready to go to bed and i hit my head really hard on a arm rest. i'm tired but i was tired to before. can i go to bed?

IF no headache/dizin: If there is no headache, no dizziness, no nausea/vomiting you can go to bed but if any of these persistant headache,diziness or nausea/vomiting go to ER and get checked
