Vague symptoms: symptoms that radiate to/from testicles to abdomen could be related to problem with the kidneys as they share the same nerve supply that goes to the testicles. Problems that affect kidneys and could give you symptoms of this kind include infection and kidney stones. Of course, the abdominal symptoms could be entirely unrelated to your testicles.
