MAY BE A FISSURE?: Anal fissres are cracks or tear in the Anus or anal canal.It can cause pain during or after bowel movement and usually caused by trauma by pushing too hard due to hard stools or constipation It may just be a small tear and it hurts when you wipe yourself I will try some stool softner and avoid constipation and if it persists check it with your doctor
