Talk to your doctor : Sinus tachycardia refers to a fast heart rate i.e. Over 100 beats per minute. This is normal after exercise. Some people have a rapid resting heart rate. This places an increased oxygen demand on the heart. Normal hearts can tolerate this. Diseased hearts may not tolerate this and subsequently injury occurs due to a lack of oxygen reaching the heart muscle. Talk to your doctor re: your concerns.
