It varies...: "Lymphoma blood work" is not a specific term. Some blood tests take a few hours (standard chemistries or blood counts) whereas others may take a day or more. If the blood was sent out to an outside lab, then shipping and reporting may take longer than the test itself. Also note, surveillance of lymphoma typically depends more on physical exam and radiology studies than it does on blood tests.
