I had an ultrasound which showed a fatty liver. My blood test showed Bilirubin at 23 and urea blood 1.1 I usually get abnormal GGT this was missed. All other bloods were normal. I dont drink alcohol, Is this something I should be worried about?

Recently got copies of my blood test results throughout years and I have low creatinine in every one of them. Why it would be lower than normal? Also got high serum urea level on the recent test?
