Hi how are you. me and my boyfriend are trying to start a family. but a few days ago i got a stomach virus and now im constipated. could it be from the virus or an early symptom of pregnancy?

Pregnancy symptoms: A stomach virus and/or constipation are not definite symptoms of pregnancy. A urine pregnancy test is very accurate especially if you have missed menses. If you are still uncertain see your doctor for a blood test.
