I have double vision when i look at something from far away. when i close one eye my vision is fine but when they are both open i see two images.

Problem in one eye: Problems with the cornea often cause double vision in one eye only. Covering the affected eye makes the double vision go away. Pl see attached link for details and some guidance

Your double vision: your double vision is called Diplopia and represents a vertical or horizontal misalignment of the eyes. You should get an eye exam to determine the underlying cause and treatment
