Get physical therapy: you need to do physical therapy/. Occupational therapy to help control the lateral epicondylitis.you will be able to help protect that and after risk control you may be able to get back into the activities. your physical or occupational therapist may be able to help guide you with those activities

Rest required.: The inflammation will not resolve, the pain will continue, and you may end up with a worse injury or condition. Usually pain from inflammation is a sign to rest the area and allow healing to take place. Ice to the area while protecting the skin with a towel for 15 minutes two to three times a day may help. Elbow compression may help some. There is no substitute for the body's natural healting.
