Lateral epicondyliti: Lateral epicondylitis results from an inflammation of the origin of the wrist extensor muscles. Conservative treatments are aimed at reducing this inflammation. This includes activity modification bracing and anti-inflammatories. Steroid injection may also be performed. Surgical treatment may be considered for ongoing symptoms.

Start with RICE: Lateral epicondylitis (aka "tennis elbow") is a common overuse injury to the elbow. In order to treat the pain, i recommend you start with rice, follow with stretching/ strengthening (therapy), & consider couterforce bracing.
