If oral antibiotics : didn't help, re-visit your doctor. "Staph" infection may be hard to eradicate if the cause was/is unsterile equipment, posts &/or clasps, repeated touching with dirty hands., posts that aren't 14 K gold or stainless steel, are too short or too rough or clasps that are too tight.
