Depends on cause: Best to first find out the cause of a runny nose. Some people have a runny nose because of allergies, some because of vasomotor rhinitis, others because they have blockage in their nose, most commonly viruses. Seeing an allergist can help you. You can try saline rinsing your nose to help keep it clean of irritants. If you have allergies, allergy shot (immunotherapy) may cure your allergies.
