Several months: It will take several months before amiodarone is completely clear from your system - it stays around a long time! That doesn't mean that the rash won't disappear before that - it might or might not. You will want to wear sunscreen when outdoors to try to avoid having the sunlight worsen the rash and prolong its presence.
