I seem to have constant issues with my sinuses blocking up and in winter i have around 5-10 sinus infections. is there something i can do to fix this?

Allergies: Zyrtec (cetirizine) is helpful. Steroid nose sprays are also helpful such as fluticasone. Get tested for allergies. CT of sinuses might help to detect chronic sinusitis. A NETTI pot is helpful to rinse the sinuses.
