ENT consult: You should definitely pursue an ENT consult to scope your turbinates and evaluate you. If you have allergic rhinitis keep your allergies under control intranasal steroids/SLIT and consider other modalities such as saline rinses, and monitor for any signs of sinusitis and seek prompt intervention. Your ENT will offer you suggestions and your PCP may refer you to an allergist as well if indicated.
